SETD1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SETD1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 305 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SETD1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MUC5AC, OR11H12, and OR1K1. Each is linked with SETD1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SETD1A-to-partner and partner-to-SETD1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MUC5AC grouped by SETD1A-low versus SETD1A-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SETD1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SETD1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
