SETBP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SETBP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,622 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SETBP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SARM1, CYGB, and AGO1. Each is linked with SETBP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SETBP1-to-partner and partner-to-SETBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SETBP1 versus SARM1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SETBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SETBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
