Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SETBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,649 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SETBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAMP2, CASP6, and SEC14L6. Each is linked with SETBP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SETBP1-to-partner and partner-to-SETBP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RAMP2 grouped by SETBP1-low versus SETBP1-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SETBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SETBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
