Across TCGA cell cohorts, SETBP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,251 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SETBP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Regulation of cell cycle G1/S phase transition, and Regulation of G1/S transition of mitotic cell cycle. Each is linked with SETBP1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SETBP1-to-partner and partner-to-SETBP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion grouped by SETBP1-low versus SETBP1-high in LUNG_SCLC.
