SETBP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SETBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 448 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SETBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEX43, CRACD, and PCGF1. Each is linked with SETBP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SETBP1-to-partner and partner-to-SETBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TEX43 grouped by SETBP1-low versus SETBP1-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SETBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SETBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
