SESN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SESN3 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,683 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SESN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCDHB3, NLRP3, and GFRAL. Each is linked with SESN3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SESN3-to-partner and partner-to-SESN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCDHB3 grouped by SESN3-low versus SESN3-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SESN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SESN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
