Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SESN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,785 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SESN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BDH2, UTRN, and DDAH1. Each is linked with SESN1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SESN1-to-partner and partner-to-SESN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SESN1 versus BDH2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SESN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SESN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
