Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SESN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,131 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SESN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GGTA1, GIMAP7, and CD37. Each is linked with SESN1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SESN1-to-partner and partner-to-SESN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SESN1 versus GGTA1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SESN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SESN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
