SESN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SESN1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SESN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HER3_pY1289, p27_pT198, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with SESN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SESN1-to-partner and partner-to-SESN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HER3_pY1289 grouped by SESN1-low versus SESN1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SESN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SESN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
