SERTAD4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERTAD4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,823 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERTAD4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ISG20, EPS15_S221, and LMNA. Each is linked with SERTAD4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERTAD4-to-partner and partner-to-SERTAD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SERTAD4 versus ISG20 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERTAD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERTAD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
