Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERTAD4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,449 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SERTAD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR633, ABALON, and DHODH. Each is linked with SERTAD4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERTAD4-to-partner and partner-to-SERTAD4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR633 grouped by SERTAD4-low versus SERTAD4-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERTAD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERTAD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
