SERTAD4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERTAD4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 23 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERTAD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, EGFR_pY1068, and PCNA. Each is linked with SERTAD4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERTAD4-to-partner and partner-to-SERTAD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by SERTAD4-low versus SERTAD4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERTAD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERTAD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
