The most reproducible SERTAD4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cell division, Membrane assembly, and Cell cycle checkpoint signaling. Each is linked with SERTAD4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERTAD4-to-partner and partner-to-SERTAD4 results are reported.
