Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SERTAD4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SERTAD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD300H, CCDC172, and LCE2A. Each is linked with SERTAD4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERTAD4-to-partner and partner-to-SERTAD4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD300H grouped by SERTAD4-low versus SERTAD4-high in LUNG_SCLC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERTAD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERTAD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
