Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SERPING1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SERPING1 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher SERPING1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SERPING1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM and OV show a favorable association.

UCEC, LUAD, and COAD are the cancer types where SERPING1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
