SERPING1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERPING1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,251 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERPING1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are F13A1, GBP1, and SHFL. Each is linked with SERPING1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERPING1-to-partner and partner-to-SERPING1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SERPING1 versus F13A1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERPING1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERPING1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
