Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERPING1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,779 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SERPING1-associated genes across cancer lineages are VGLL3, MMP19, and GFPT2. Each is linked with SERPING1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERPING1-to-partner and partner-to-SERPING1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SERPING1 versus VGLL3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERPING1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERPING1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
