SERPING1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERPING1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 697 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERPING1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM269, LINC01808, and SGTA. Each is linked with SERPING1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERPING1-to-partner and partner-to-SERPING1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMEM269 grouped by SERPING1-low versus SERPING1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERPING1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERPING1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
