Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SERPING1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,749 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SERPING1-associated genes across cancer lineages are COMMD6, KAT14, and B3GNT9. Each is linked with SERPING1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERPING1-to-partner and partner-to-SERPING1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SERPING1 versus COMMD6 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERPING1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERPING1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
