SERPINF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERPINF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,428 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERPINF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PCOLCE, DCN, and TAGLN. Each is linked with SERPINF1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERPINF1-to-partner and partner-to-SERPINF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SERPINF1 versus PCOLCE in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERPINF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERPINF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
