Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERPINF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,312 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SERPINF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYL9, ASPN, and COL1A1. Each is linked with SERPINF1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERPINF1-to-partner and partner-to-SERPINF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SERPINF1 versus MYL9 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERPINF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERPINF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
