SERPINF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERPINF1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERPINF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, FoxM1, and ACVRL1. Each is linked with SERPINF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERPINF1-to-partner and partner-to-SERPINF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, A-Raf_pS299 grouped by SERPINF1-low versus SERPINF1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERPINF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERPINF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
