SERPINE3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERPINE3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERPINE3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and ACC_pS79. Each is linked with SERPINE3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERPINE3-to-partner and partner-to-SERPINE3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by SERPINE3-low versus SERPINE3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERPINE3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERPINE3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
