SERPINE3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SERPINE3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERPINE3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASCL3, KRTAP10-8, and DUSP29. Each is linked with SERPINE3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERPINE3-to-partner and partner-to-SERPINE3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASCL3 grouped by SERPINE3-low versus SERPINE3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERPINE3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERPINE3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
