SERPIND1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SERPIND1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERPIND1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1L3, OR4E1, and NEUROD4. Each is linked with SERPIND1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERPIND1-to-partner and partner-to-SERPIND1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1L3 grouped by SERPIND1-low versus SERPIND1-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERPIND1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERPIND1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
