The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher SERPINB9 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SERPINB9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
ESCA, SKCM, and UCEC are the cancer types where SERPINB9 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
