Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SERPINB9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,850 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SERPINB9-associated genes across cancer lineages are HKDC1, COTL1, and PAOX. Each is linked with SERPINB9 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERPINB9-to-partner and partner-to-SERPINB9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SERPINB9 versus HKDC1 in OVARY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERPINB9→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERPINB9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
