Across TCGA cell cohorts, SERPINB9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,603 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SERPINB9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protection from natural killer cell mediated cytotoxicity, Negative regulation of protein modification process, and Alpha-beta T cell activation involved in immune response. Each is linked with SERPINB9 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERPINB9-to-partner and partner-to-SERPINB9 results are reported.
