Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERPINA7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,151 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERPINA7-associated genes across cancer lineages are APOH, FGA, and AMBP. Each is linked with SERPINA7 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERPINA7-to-partner and partner-to-SERPINA7 results are reported.
