SERPINA6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERPINA6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,175 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERPINA6-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERPINA10, SERPINA4, and PPP4R4. Each is linked with SERPINA6 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERPINA6-to-partner and partner-to-SERPINA6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SERPINA6 versus SERPINA10 in CHOL, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERPINA6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERPINA6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
