Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SERPINA4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SERPINA4 data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher SERPINA4 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SERPINA4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ESCA, SKCM, and LUSC are the cancer types where SERPINA4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
