SERPINA4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERPINA4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,235 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERPINA4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HKDC1, MYO5B, and PBLD. Each is linked with SERPINA4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERPINA4-to-partner and partner-to-SERPINA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SERPINA4 versus HKDC1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERPINA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERPINA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
