Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERPINA4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,513 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SERPINA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are LTBP2, CNRIP1, and RECK. Each is linked with SERPINA4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERPINA4-to-partner and partner-to-SERPINA4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SERPINA4 versus LTBP2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERPINA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERPINA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
