SERPINA4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERPINA4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,168 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERPINA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are LOXL1, RNU6-879P, and CACNA1C-AS1. Each is linked with SERPINA4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERPINA4-to-partner and partner-to-SERPINA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LOXL1 grouped by SERPINA4-low versus SERPINA4-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERPINA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERPINA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
