Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERPINA4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERPINA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, p62 Lck ligand, and PCNA. Each is linked with SERPINA4 in more than 2 cancer types.
