Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-591P, FAM197Y1, and FAM41AY1. Each is linked with SERP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERP2-to-partner and partner-to-SERP2 results are reported.
