Across TCGA cell cohorts, SERINC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERINC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MPC1L, OR10W1, and BTNL3. Each is linked with SERINC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERINC2-to-partner and partner-to-SERINC2 results are reported.
