Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERINC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,977 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SERINC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAP7, ARRB1, and HMCN2. Each is linked with SERINC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERINC1-to-partner and partner-to-SERINC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SERINC1 versus MAP7 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERINC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERINC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
