Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 72 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SERF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR548AZ, IGLVI-38, and ZYXP1. Each is linked with SERF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERF2-to-partner and partner-to-SERF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR548AZ grouped by SERF2-low versus SERF2-high in HNSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
