SERF1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERF1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,486 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERF1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM172A, ZFP30, and ABRAXAS1. Each is linked with SERF1B in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERF1B-to-partner and partner-to-SERF1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERF1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERF1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
