Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SERF1B RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SERF1B data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher SERF1B RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SERF1B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and UCS show a favorable association.

LUAD, UCS, and KIRC are the cancer types where SERF1B RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
