Across TCGA cell cohorts, SERF1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,011 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SERF1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to cilium, Positive regulation of monoatomic ion transport, and Zymogen activation. Each is linked with SERF1B in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERF1B-to-partner and partner-to-SERF1B results are reported.
