SERAC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERAC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,451 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERAC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARID1B, SCAF8, and RALBP1. Each is linked with SERAC1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERAC1-to-partner and partner-to-SERAC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SERAC1 versus ARID1B in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERAC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERAC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
