Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERAC1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERAC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are mTOR_pS2448, Rad50, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with SERAC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERAC1-to-partner and partner-to-SERAC1 results are reported.
