Across TCGA cell cohorts, SERAC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,115 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERAC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Phosphatidylinositol biosynthetic process, Post-Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, and Phosphatidylinositol metabolic process. Each is linked with SERAC1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERAC1-to-partner and partner-to-SERAC1 results are reported.
