Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEPTIN8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,731 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEPTIN8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi vesicle transport, Regulation of intracellular transport, and Cytoskeleton-dependent cytokinesis. Each is linked with SEPTIN8 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEPTIN8-to-partner and partner-to-SEPTIN8 results are reported.
