Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEPTIN7P9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,006 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEPTIN7P9-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRODH, SEZ6L, and SEPTIN3. Each is linked with SEPTIN7P9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEPTIN7P9-to-partner and partner-to-SEPTIN7P9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEPTIN7P9 versus PRODH in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEPTIN7P9→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEPTIN7P9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
