Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SEPTIN7P9 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SEPTIN7P9 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher SEPTIN7P9 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SEPTIN7P9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and STAD show a favorable association.

HNSC, STAD, and ACC are the cancer types where SEPTIN7P9 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
