Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEPTIN7P4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,801 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEPTIN7P4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, deadenylation-dependent decay, Regulation of peptidyl-serine phosphorylation, and COPII-coated vesicle budding. Each is linked with SEPTIN7P4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEPTIN7P4-to-partner and partner-to-SEPTIN7P4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, deadenylation-dependent decay grouped by SEPTIN7P4-low versus SEPTIN7P4-high in STAD.
