Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SEPTIN7P4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SEPTIN7P4 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher SEPTIN7P4 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SEPTIN7P4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LIHC, SARC, and LUSC are the cancer types where SEPTIN7P4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
